Carmen

Carmen is the most loving, polite girl you'll ever meet. She loves nothing more than snuggling with her people and giving gentle nose kisses. She has paralyzed back legs from a car accident but doesn't let that stop her! She scoots on her knees and runs outside in her wheelchair! Carmen would love to be adopted with her best friend, Rodney but otherwise would do best as a single dog. She is waiting every day for her forever person to come along, scoop her up, and make memories together.
