Donations, cancellations & refund policy

1. Nature of donations

All donations made to Animal Army are voluntary contributions intended to support our charitable activities and mission. Donations are not payments for goods or services and are generally non-refundable.

2. Cancellation of donations

Once a donation has been successfully processed, it cannot normally be cancelled.

If a donor wishes to cancel a recurring or scheduled donation, the request must be submitted at least [72 hours] before the next billing date. Cancellation requests received after this period may not take effect until the following billing cycle.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate or accidental transactions
  • Incorrect donation amount due to technical or processing errors
  • Unauthorized or fraudulent use of a payment method
  • Where required by applicable Thai law

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date, together with proof of payment and supporting information.

4. Non-refundable donations

Except for the situations listed above or where required by law, all donations are final and non-refundable.
Animal Army reserves the right to refuse refund requests at its sole discretion.

5. Refund procedures

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible
  • Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or bank
  • Any transaction or processing fees may be deducted where permitted

6. Service or event cancellation (if applicable)

If a donation is connected to a specific event, campaign, or service that is cancelled by Animal Army, we may, at our discretion:

  • Offer a refund, or
  • Reallocate the donation to a similar program or our general fund

Donors will be notified of available options.
